ROSHNI MENON
Our founder and the force behind Rustique Winds, Roshni comes with many years of training and practice as a journalist. Her interests in farming and interior design led her to create a unique property that combines the beauty of nature with chic, modern sensibilities at this timeless venue. She is also an active part of the family-run hospitality business which operates Business Hotels, lounges and restaurants in Bangalore.
CHEF SASI RAJ
Chef Sasi is the Executive Chef of Vinsura Ventures - a group that owns and operates 8 business hotels and multiple restaurants, lounge bars and cafe brands in Bangalore.
His experience of more than 15 years in various kitchens in India and abroad gives him the unique capability of customising minute details for your wedding banquet - be it a banana leaf meal or a gourmet spread.
BHASKARAN
Bhaskaran is the F&B head of our operations. With more than 20 years of experience in both star hotels and standalone restaurants, he is the force behind our food service teams, making sure that your guests have the most enjoyable meal at your events.
MADHAVARAO
Madhu, as he is fondly called, is our go-to person for anything from changing light bulbs to building a wall. His never-say-die attitude and calm demeanor hides his super abilities to manage messy site projects with ease.
